Ingredients:
- Chicken wings, cut in half
- Light soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Cooking wine
- Cornstarch (starch)
- Black pepper
- Oil for frying
- Minced garlic
- Green and red peppers (optional)
- White sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:
