Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe

This recipe delivers crispy, savory garlic chicken wings. The key is a flavorful marinade and a quick stir-fry with fragrant garlic.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings, cut in half
  • Light soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Cooking wine
  • Cornstarch (starch)
  • Black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Minced garlic
  • Green and red peppers (optional)
  • White sesame seeds (optional)
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Marinate: Combine chicken wings with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Fry: Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
